“I dislike it when people casually toss the word “passionate” as if it holds any real meaning. But let me tell you, baking is a different story altogether. I was practically raised in the kitchen, with my grandparents showing me the way. Grandma schooled me in baking while Poppa taught me his secret recipes for delightful meals.
“The kitchen, my friend, is my ultimate sanctuary – a place where I find solace and pure bliss. I’ve even set up a certified kitchen in my humble abode, where folks can swing by and pick up their delectable orders.
“Rest assured, I’ve got all the necessary insurance coverage. Just don’t mistake me for a bakery – everything I whip up is custom-made and crafted with love and care. It’s a truly captivating experience, I must say.”

“We may not have a physical storefront now, but worry not! We’re just a phone call or online order away from delivering our delectable goodies right to your doorstep.

What is the most significant event that ever happened to you, and what did you learn from it?
“Well, let me tell you, the most epic adventure of my life was relocating from good ol’ New Zealand to the land of the free, the USA! Talk about a whirlwind of excitement! You see, it all started when I scored a teaching job across the pond, and let me tell you, it’s been an absolute blast ever since. The energy here is off the charts, and I can’t help but fall head over heels for this place. It’s like living in a world of pure awesomeness!
“Now, let’s talk about slowing down. Picture this: you’re chatting away, all passionate and animated, but sometimes, we need to take a moment to catch our breath and listen. Especially when you’ve got an accent, it might take a bit for the kiddos (and even adults) to fully grasp what you’re saying. So, here’s my advice: slow down, my friend. Take your time, savor the moment and let those words sink in. Patience is key, my friend. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and good things… well, they take time.
“All in all, life is an incredible journey. It’s about embracing new experiences, cherishing the world around us, and finding joy in the little things. So, go out there, seize the day, and make every moment count! The world is your oyster, after all.”
